JAMAICA ON MY MIND COCKTAIL RECEPTION FRIDAY DECEMBER 6 @ 6:30PM

Join the Ten North Group for this special cocktail reception featuring the ‘Jamaica on My Mind’ exhibition with special guests Phillip Thomas and the artists from Jamaica and all over the Diaspora. Remarks by Oliver Mair, Counsel General of Jamaica and hosted by Tanto Irie, host of Reggae Runnins on HOT 105. Soak in a full immersive experience of Jamaican heritage through music, dance and art.

Jamaica on My Mind: Aliveness and Livity (Pavilion), curated by Professor Phillip Thomas, presents Jamaican artists from home and abroad who explore the interconnections of Aliveness to Livity as a moment of accomplishment, an instant in which what has matured in the alchemical athanor metamorphoses into perfection or, rather, an epiphany or an event—an accomplishment.
