Join Uchi Miami in learning the art of makimono, as a sushi chef demonstrates and assists everyone in making their signature zero sen roll, including a friendly competition with a small prize for the best roll, followed by a chef’s tasting menu.
Menu Highlights Include:
- Suzuki Crudo-hibiscus zu, Jjicama
- Tako yaki-spanish octopus tempura, bonito, katsu sauce
- Chef’s seasonal nigiri selections
- NY strip- tamari au poivre, charred chicory
- Sorbet sundae-lychee sorbet, kiwi foam, candied coconut
