Start the new year by aligning your mind, body and spirit at a serene Full Moon Yoga event hosted by Life Time Miami at The Falls, Simon Malls’ The Falls, and Lululemon. Led by Life Time’s Lead Yoga Instructor, Anna Palmer, this 60-minute session welcomes participants of all skill levels to flow together under the calming glow of the full moon. It’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with friends, neighbors and yourself in a tranquil outdoor setting.
• 15-Minute Sound Bath/Savasana: Immerse yourself in ultimate relaxation.
• Refreshments: Enjoy delicious energy bites, fresh juice, and water provided by LifeCafe
• Massage Chair: Add an extra touch of relaxation to your evening.
