New Year Family Fun: Create Your Positive Energy Sun Satchel!

January 12 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Free

What is a Sun Satchel?

A Sun Satchel is a personal symbol of positivity and growth, capturing the essence of the sun’s energy in a pocket-sized bag. From a sunny windowsill or front stoop to your car’s dashboard, this satchel can serve as a reminder to nurture your goals and affirmations. Writing down a goal or positive affirmation and carrying it in your Sun Satchel can spark creativity, rejuvenate motivation and bring renewed focus to your journey.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Cognitive Growth: Practice sequential steps, explore positive affirmations, and set heal goals for your present and future.
  • Physical Wellness: Enjoy light movement, breathe fresh air, and boost your mood with beautiful natural surroundings.
  • Emotional Balance: Create a self-care strategy and build coping skills to counter self-defeating thoughts.
  • Sensory Stimulation: Uplift your spirit with nature-inspired sensory engagement.
Social Connection: Craft an emotional regulation tool and share this journey with like-minded participants.

Let’s welcome clarity, positivity, and connection with activity that feeds the mind, body, and soul. This activity invites participants of all ages and experience levels to connect with nature in a meaningful way. You’ll not only create a beautiful, uplifting sun satchel but also take home tools to enhance your well-being and mental clarity.

Don’t miss this chance to welcome positivity, connection, and creativity into your life. Reserve your spot today and step into the sunlight of self-discovery!

Please note: This activity is on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Arrive early to ensure your spot and join us in creating your Positive Energy Sun Satchel!
