Thomas Geuken has been a mover and shaker in the Scandinavian leadership community for years, and now he’s become its Business Rocker. Geuken is an author, speaker and business thought leader. He is a state-certified business psychologist, Associate Director of Research at the Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies and former music studio & production company owner.
For the last 5 years, Geuken has also been one of the most sought after management speakers in Scandinavia. He spoke at the TED European conference Bringing ideas into action and Danish American Chambers of Commerce in New York City on What all American managers need to know about how rock bands work! He speaks about the different winning agendas for tomorrows’ companies. He appears on the progressive underground business-scene as well as the well-established one.
Over the past fifteen years, as a leadership advisor, Geuken has worked for companies such as Volvo, Ikea, Google (US), Leo Burnett, Deloitte, Ernest & Young, Novo Nordic, Ferring, Chambers of Commerce (US), United Nations, Ministries for finance (Norway), EMI music, Sony Music, The Governments of Denmark, Norway and the Faroe islands.
Geuken has led more than 75 annual workshops worldwide, particularly in Europe, on the subject of Narrating Leadership & Change. He speaks frequently at the most prestigious management conferences in Scandinavia, and is a regular contributor to many media outlets. He has also advised government leaders and statesmen on matters such as innovation, entrepreneurship, megatrends and competitiveness.
