On Sunday July 28th, join La Mar in celebrating a cornerstone of Peruvian national spirit, Peru’s Independence Day, also known as ‘Fiestas Patrias.’ This day marks a historic anniversary in Peru’s journey to sovereignty and is an essential piece of its rich cultural tapestry. Celebrate at La Mar by Gastón Acurio, located in Brickell Key at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, while soaking the best views of Biscayne Bay’s skyline. Executive Chef Diego Oka has curated a special “Fiesta” brunch, exclusive to that day, to offer the most authentic rendition of a true Peruvian experience. The event will feature a variety of live food stations where guests can taste an array of traditional dishes, along with entertainment such as a live trio band and traditional dance performances that capture the essence and vibrancy of Peruvian culture. As part of the experience, La Mar will also offer three hours of bottomless wines, beer, champagne, and unlimited piscos, perfect for toasting to this special day at the heart of Peruvian culture.
