Join Nikki Beach Miami Beach in an exclusive, intimate, and transcendent visual sound bath meditation created by Aseem Tuesday, February 13th from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Experience the gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative effects for the mind and body through vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments. These sounds have the ability to shift brainwaves to a state of deep relaxation and reset. Take the time to reconnect and create a sacred space.
No prior mediation experience is required. Don’t forget a yoga mat, a light blanket, pillow and eye covers to make yourself feel comfortable. Refreshments will be provided at the end of the ceremony. Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the ceremony.
