$185This New Year’s Eve, witness the iconic Yamashiro, the legendary Japanese dining destination with roots in Hollywood glamour, take over the 9th floor terrace of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences for an immersive Yamashiro dining experience. For one extraordinary evening, Yamashiro’s timeless elegance and bold flavors will come to Miami, offering guests a chance to indulge in an extravagant 5-course culinary journey to ring in the New Year.
The evening’s indulgent menu includes:
- Charred Sweet Corn & Dashi Custard Amuse-Bouche with smoked truffle butter and chives
Cucumber Seaweed Salad with yuzu vinaigrette and sesame - A Small Plate Trio, featuring Smoked Hamachi Tartare Oshizushi, Seared Wagyu & Foie Gras, and Lobster Cigars filled with lobster and potato, served with garlic, shallots, and shiso butter
- Entrée options of Wagyu NY Strip with Truffle-Yuzu Butter & Caviar, accompanied by Charred Asparagus and Garlic Miso or Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with Black Truffle Beurre Blanc, paired with Shiitake Rice Cake and Pickled Ginger (or a veggie substitute of Eggplant)
- Decadent desserts like Matcha-Yuzu Cheesecake with White Chocolate & Sesame Brittle or Black Sesame-Chocolate Molten Cake with Toasted Coconut Ice Cream
Every seating includes a bottle of champagne per couple, with the option to elevate the evening at an Open Poolside Bar from 10 PM – 1 AM for $99.
