This New Year’s Eve, witness the iconic Yamashiro, the legendary Japanese dining destination with roots in Hollywood glamour, take over the 9th floor terrace of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences for an immersive Yamashiro dining experience. For one extraordinary evening, Yamashiro’s timeless elegance and bold flavors will come to Miami, offering guests a chance to indulge in an extravagant 5-course culinary journey to ring in the New Year.
The evening’s indulgent menu includes:
- Amuse-Bouche with sweet corn and vanilla cream
- Cucumber Salad with Korean chili flakes and sesame
- A Small Plate Trio, featuring Hamachi Oshizushi, A5 Wagyu Tataki with Foie Gras, and Lobster Croquettes filled with lobster and potato, served with garlic, shallots, and shiso butter
- Entrée options of Wagyu NY Strip or Chilean Sea Bass with with garlic miso sauce, asparagus spears and shaved truffle
- Dessert Flight includes Yuzu-Matcha Cheesecake and Black Sesame-Chocolate Molten Cake
Every seating includes a bottle of champagne per couple, with the option to elevate the evening at an Open Poolside Bar from 10 PM – 1 AM for $100.
