Guests will indulge in Southeast Asian–inspired bar snacks from Tran An, including the Pho Burger with hoisin mayo, pho gravy, and fresh herbs; Sesame Shrimp Toast with spicy cucumbers; Crispy Egg Noodles with Garlic Chicken; and a refreshing vegetarian Papaya Salad with crushed peanuts. To pair with these bold bites, the award-winning Sweet Liberty team will serve specialty cocktails such as the Cane & Cane with Mount Gay Black Barrel and freshly pressed cane juice; the Far Eastern Daiquiri with Thai basil and fish sauce; the Saturn Cocktail with The Botanist gin, tropical juices, and velvet falernum; and the Papaya “Salad” featuring papaya cordial, Thai chili, and pickled tomato. This exclusive collaboration promises bold flavors, inventive cocktails, and the lively Sweet Liberty atmosphere guests know and love.
