After two previous reschedulings due to unavoidable circumstances, we are now moving forward. We invite all former employees, conductors, and engineers to join forces in demanding accountability from CSX’s rogue managers for their unjustifiable actions. Our movement for transformative change includes all past, present, and future CSX Transportation employees. Achieving meaningful reform necessitates accountability. Regrettably, rogue managers have become unaccountable, frequently harassing employees with fabricated allegations and documents, silencing them through fear of retaliation and termination. The current system fails to hold these managers liable for willful violations of operational rules, rendering unions ineffective in addressing these abuses.
