Following a successful launch in August, the second installment of this monthly series invites guests to a laid-back, family-style dinner on Tuesday, September 16 from 6-9 PM, featuring curated beer pairings and a warm, communal atmosphere. Set across the main dining room and bar area, this special evening brings together great food and great drinks. Priced at $55/ pp, guests can expect a rotating selection of comfort-driven shared plates, each paired with a complementary beer to enhance the experience. This one-night-only dinner offers guests a unique opportunity to celebrate his culinary roots and preview what’s to come from Buboy.
