Alexandra Satine, Emily Mizer from Just Works, and Jason Hammond from Fidelity Private Shares, will take you through the ABCs of your financials—organizing your data room, understanding your business model, and consistently growing year-over-year. You’ll walk away knowing how to structure your deal, build out your cap table, and lock down the essentials for your raise.

We’re proud to present the award-winning film Show Her the Money, landing in Miami for one night only! This powerful documentary follows four brilliant women founders as they fight to turn their dreams into reality with the help of angel investors. The grit, resilience, and sheer determination will leave you in awe.
The movie is courtesy of the trailblazing Catherine Gray, the film’s executive producer, and a champion of women in business as a TEDx speaker, podcast host, founder of She Angel Investors, and co-founder of the She Angels Foundation. We’ll have some of the stars of the movie, including Naseem Sayani, an investor and cast member, bringing their wisdom to the table.
