Ostrow Brasserie, Miami’s celebrated French Kosher brasserie announces a gastronomic journey across France with the unveiling of its rotating regional menu series featuring cuisine of the South, North, East and West regions. This dining experience invites guests to enjoy the flavors and culinary traditions of different regions of France each week, with an immersive exploration of the country’s rich culinary heritage. The preset menu is $69 per person inclusive of a glass of wine.
Within picturesque vineyards and rolling hills, the East Region of France boasts a rich culinary heritage influenced by its proximity to Germany and Switzerland:
Duck rillette with jam & warm baguette
Quiche Lorraine & salad frisee
Crepe Suzette
Complementing these dishes is a glass of Riesling.
