Where the Wild Things Are – Miami lands in Wynwood
(DEAR ELEANOR – 148 NE 28th St, Miami, FL 33137)
on Sunday, Feb 8, 2026 (approx. 2–8 PM) as a daytime-into-evening convening that collapses genres and scenes into a single indoor/outdoor commons. Organized by Chris Carr (Brooklyn Wildlife) alongside Phil Phlaymz (Wild High Club), Tev + Shottie (Goatfarm), and Sarah Ramos (Dear Eleanor), the program blends a 2–3 hour block of panels and workshops with a four-hour performance showcase—emcees, producers, live sets, DIY makers, radio and podcast voices, and visual artists working across multiple artistic disciplines and sharing one continuous ecosystem.
The panel portion foregrounds community building, sustainability, and solidarity within independent arts ecosystems, while also celebrating Miami’s deep multicultural community histories and the role of music and artistic expression as a unifying force across neighborhoods, generations, and genres.
Artists currently slated include: Parnhash (BK), Phil Phlaymz (NY/Ft Lauderdale), Tev95 (Miami), Shottie (Miami), Jerova (Miami), Dirty5ive’s The Gator Pit (Miami), with more to be announced.
