Amuse – Grilled Chesse / French Cancan Orange
First Course – Bay Scallop Ceviche / Cote des Roses Sauvignon Blanc

In addition, Kitchen 57 is hosting a beer pairing dinner on June 12 and a Napa wine pairing dinner on August 20. Each pairing dinner can be purchased separately or as a three-dinner package for 10%.
