More restaurants, a resort raffle and a chance to win a Symphony Sojourns “Great Composers Along the Rhine River” European cruise for two adds excitement to top tier event; Over 700 tickets sold to date
The countdown is on to Galleria Fort Lauderdale’s BBX Capital Men of Style presented by Kimpton Shorebreak Hotel on Thursday, December 5, from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Twelve new leading men will rock the runway during Galleria Fort Lauderdale’s most philanthropic fashion event of the season hosted by WPLG Local 10 Anchor Jacey Birch with entertainment by DJ Jay McCracken.
Now in its 18th year, this high-energy event continues to shine a spotlight on influential men who are making significant contributions to the community. Over 700 tickets have been sold for this year’s Men of Style spotlight event that has raised over $2 million through the years for respected local charities that impact the quality of life for those they serve across South Florida. As in years past, this charitable event is expected to sell out.

The 12 remarkable South Florida men who have generously committed their time and resources to work the runway on behalf of their chosen charities are:

The highlight of the evening will be the runway show where the Men of Style honorees will strut their stuff in the latest fashions from Macy’s, Dillard’s and Banana Republic.
Guests will enjoy live entertainment, gourmet bites from top area restaurants including Aquaplex Fort Lauderdale (formerly Lips), Bahama Breeze, Cafe Vico, The Capital Grille, Epazote, Gulf Stream Distillery, Hoffman’s Chocolates, Il Mulino, La Fuga, La Mexicana Taco Bar, Livia Bar & Grill, Lona Cocina & Tequileria, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Season’s 52, Sweeter Days Bake Shop, Todd’s Catering and Tulio’s Tacos & Tequila Bar. The event will also feature an open bar with select offerings.
Transcend Cruises and Men of Style participant South Florida Symphony Orchestra are also offering a ticketed raffle to win a Symphony Sojourns “Great Composers Along the Rhine River” European Cruise for Two on June 19 – 26, 2025 (retail value $8,000 based on double occupancy). For $50 each (limited to only 150 tickets sold to benefit the participating charities), supporters will have a chance to win this seven-night upscale river cruise offering some of the finest cuisine, art and architecture in the region plus private classical performances. The cruise departs from Amsterdam, Netherlands, with planned stops in Bonn, Koblenz, Rüdesheim, Mainz, Wertheim, Würzburg, Bayreuth and Nuremberg, Germany. The prize includes the seven-night cruise accommodation aboard The Gentleman, gourmet meals, complimentary beverages and entertainment. Raffle sales end December 4 at 11 p.m. The winner will be announced during the Men of Style runway show. (Additional rules and restrictions apply.)
Sun-Sentinel/City & Shore magazine will also offer a complimentary raffle for a two-night stay at event sponsor Kimpton Shorebreak Hotel featuring a $150 La Fuga dining certificate and a $100 Escape Rooftop certificate that will be available to all attendees.
