The Calta Group, a real estate, development, and construction company led by brothers Ignazio and Gaetano Caltagirone, welcomed 80 of Miami’s leading brokers and esteemed guests on Wednesday, Apr. 30, at MiaCucina for an exclusive preview of Via Veneto, an impeccably designed boutique collection of Coral Gables brownstones that channel Italian sophistication and timeless elegance.
The event was co-hosted by Compass’ Ben Moss and Ignacio Villanueva, who were recently named the exclusive sales and marketing team for Via Veneto.
The Calta Group, whose family legacy includes the development and construction of landmark properties such as the historic Four Seasons Taormina — recently featured in HBO’s The White Lotus — is bringing their unrivaled expertise in old-world elegance to the heart of Coral Gables with Via Veneto. To design the residences’ signature gourmet kitchens, The Calta Group has partnered with MiaCucina, widely renowned for its sophisticated Italian furnishings that blend contemporary innovation with timeless European design.
The event gave guests an up-close look at the sleek finishes and fine Italian craftsmanship that will define daily living at the sophisticated boutique development. As part of the evening, guests enjoyed a live cooking demonstration in MiaCucina’s exquisite showroom, featuring Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances and showcasing the artistry and functionality that will characterize Via Veneto’s kitchen and living spaces.
