2026 milestone strengthens long-term stability, accountability, and

Advanced Roofing Inc. today announced a significant milestone in its history: the company is now employee-owned, reinforcing its long-term commitment to stability, accountability, and uninterrupted service for clients as it enters 2026.
Founded in 1983, Advanced Roofing Inc. has grown from a single pickup truck into a fully integrated organization serving clients throughout Florida through its commercial roofing, HVAC, and solar divisions — including Advanced Air Systems (established in 1994) and Advanced Green Technologies (launched in 2007). Today, the Advanced family of businesses operates across seven locations statewide and employs more than 750 professionals.
Staying Independent in a Rapidly Consolidating Industry
The transition comes at a time when much of the commercial construction and roofing industry is experiencing rapid consolidation through private equity acquisitions. Advanced Roofing’s decision to become employee-owned reflects a deliberate choice to remain independent, preserve its culture, and ensure long-term continuity for clients.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
Under the employee-owned structure, eligible team members participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), receiving an ownership stake in the company in addition to existing retirement benefits. This structure allows employees to build long-term financial value while reinforcing a culture of shared responsibility, accountability, and pride of ownership across every role — from field crews to project managers and support teams.
