Skip that flight to Munich and immerse yourself in Miami’s own re-created Bavarian Bier Haus during Wynwood’s Octoberfest presented by Sam Adams, Sept. 28-30, at Wynwood Marketplace, 2250 NW Second Ave.
For almost a decade, this unique beer festival has been on tap to provide delicious seasonal brews, live music, beer games, and authentic food. This year, fans of the three-day festival will enjoy genuine music and entertainment featuring an accordion player, a Polka band and live deejays. In addition, there will be an artisan market, food trucks, a Grand Photo Booth and dog-friendly activities.
The always popular Brewlimpics will test people’s skills with beer games such as Raise the Stein Competition, Giant Jenga, Giant Beer Pong, and Corn Hole.
Hours are Friday, Sept. 28, 7 p.m.-2 a.m.; Saturday, Sept. 29, 2 p.m.-2 a.m., and Sunday, Sept. 30, noon-8 p.m.
