ArtServe CEO Jason Hughes, 2025 ArtServe Impact Awards Honorees Emmanuel George, Claudia Castillo, Jodi Jeffreys-Tanner, Michael Albetta and President of the ArtServe Board of Trustees Molly Wilson
ArtServe’s third annual Impact Awards, presented by Seacoast Bank, brought together South Florida’s arts and culture community for an inspiring evening of celebration, networking, and entertainment. Sponsored by FPL, OutClique Magazine, and Topo Chico, the event featured gourmet cuisine by past honoree Marc Martorana and Commissioner Don D’Arminio, a silent auction and live music by DJ Joy Joy.
The evening recognized four outstanding individuals whose work continues to shape and elevate South Florida’s creative landscape:
      • Community Partner of Impact: Michael Albetta – Honored for his decades of civic leadership and unwavering dedication to volunteerism and community-building in Fort Lauderdale.
      • Artist of Impact: Claudia Castillo – Celebrated for her nature-inspired visual art and her commitment to promoting cultural diversity and emerging talent through her studio.
      • Community Leader of Impact: Jodi Jeffreys-Tanner – Recognized for empowering local artists and expanding their reach through her leadership at Las Olas Capital Arts.
      • Legacy of Impact: Emmanuel George – Awarded for preserving and sharing South Florida’s Black history through his filmmaking, advocacy and the Black Orchid Foundation.
