ArtSouth and the Village of Palmetto Bay have joined once again for the first art exhibit of 2024, taking place on Saturday, Jan. 13. Hosted at the Perrine Community House, the popular recurring monthly exhibition of area artists this time will feature the collective works of artists Sandi Wood, Barbara Rivera and Alexander Porto.

Their paintings are done in a variety of media and styles, and as before will be displayed on the renovated facility’s walls, illuminated with special lighting, with labels bearing titles and other important information. The artists will be in attendance.

The exhibition opening night event will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Perrine Community House is located at 900 E. Perrine Ave. in Palmetto Bay on the center “island” between the northbound and southbound lanes of S. Dixie Highway. Parking is available in the area and light refreshments will be served.
