South Florida’s leading construction and renovation company, Coast to Coast General Contractors (CTC), has named Audrey Ortiz as executive vice president of business development and client relations.
Ortiz joins the company at a time when property managers are dealing with new state regulations, including SB 4-D, in addition to the upcoming hurricane season. With a distinguished career in the association property management industry, she most recently served as a vice president at Castle Group. This transition for Ortiz marks a strategic move by the company to further strengthening Coast to Coast’s exceptional service towards quality and client satisfaction.
“We are thrilled to welcome Audrey to our leadership team,” said Yanieve Levi, president of CTC. “Her deep understanding of association property management and her passion for client success align perfectly with our mission. We are confident that Audrey will play a key role in the continued growth and success of our company.”.
In her new position, Ortiz will help associations navigate complex regulatory requirements while providing strategy for communities’ goals towards logistics and finances.
“I am excited to take on this opportunity with CTC,” said Ortiz. “Having worked closely with condominium associations for years, I understand their unique challenges and needs. I look forward to leveraging my experiences to build strong partnerships and drive growth for the company.”
Ortiz will focus on expanding business relationships, enhancing client experiences, and driving strategic growth initiatives. After three decades of delivery with significant experience guiding associations through these ever-changing times, the addition of Ortiz allows CTC to expand its competitive advantage over other industry contractors.
