Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade celebrated its annual black-tie “Wild About Kids” Gala with a VIP launch party aboard the Norwegian Getaway cruise ship on Sunday, Sept. 23.
Guests enjoyed a very special afternoon on the water hosted by Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s executive board member, gala chair, and president and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line, Andy Stuart, alongside his wife and co-chair, Allison Stuart.
Guests indulged in a delicious luncheon and a raffle for a weekend cruise while enjoying views of the Miami skyline.
Presentations were made by Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s president Alex Rodriguez-Roig, Andy Stuart, and club member Emily Garay.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s 12th annual “Wild About Kids” black-tie gala, with the tropical theme “A Night in Havana,” will take place on Saturday, Nov. 10, at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. Proceeds will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s many positive programs, including after school programs, homework assistance, computer training, social skills, dance, arts and crafts, professional mentoring, and summer and athletic programs, for area children who need them the most.
