Newly opened in early July, the YUM YUM Miami ice cream shop has made sweet impressions not only with customers stopping by, but across social media as well.Although inspired as a hopeful answer to personal hardships and a season of difficulty, the success of the trendy ice cream shop has taken off despite the challenges faced. “We have been overwhelmed in the best way possible since opening last week! We are so grateful for the support of family, friends, and our community. We’re looking forward to steady growth as we aim to enhance the City of Miami Gardens.” says Miami Gardens entrepreneur Latanya Plummer.

With a deliciously creative menu, the new drive-through treat shop offers milkshakes, sundays, cookie sandwiches, bubble waffle cones, classic ice cream cones and vegan options as well. Almost any ice cream flavor or topping you can imagine is available at YUM YUM. From Black Stout, Lavender Extreme, Grape Nut and Passion Fruit flavors to fan favorite toppings such as Pockey Sticks, Rock Candy, cupcakes, Nerds candy and more, the combinations are limitless.

YUM YUM Miami is the second Miami Gardens business venture for local power couple Latanya and Jason Plumer. The dynamic duo currently operates the popular Get Braided Now hair salon in Miami Gardens, less than two miles away from the brand new YUM YUM Miami location. “. . .we couldn’t think of anywhere better to continue the expansion of our entrepreneurial footprint. We wanted to give Miami Gardens a special ice cream experience, served with incredible service, and topped with unforgettable moments.” shared the proud business owners.

YUM YUM Miami is located at 3269 NW 183rd Street in Miami Gardens and is open six days a week, from 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Sunday and Tuesday-Thursday with an extended closing time of 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday and closed on Mondays.
