Commercial Real Estate Women Miami (CREW Miami) announces its April
lunch program which will provide an opportunity for industry professionals to learn from a panel of experts who come from different sectors of this budding market. Breaking the Grass Ceiling: Cannabis and the Commercial Real Estate Industry will take place on Wednesday, April 19th from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm at the Mayfair House Hotel & Garden in Coconut Grove. All are welcome: $75 for CREW Miami members and $95 for Nonmembers. (The late registration and walk-in fee is $110 for anyone registering
after April 14th.)
While the cannabis industry can be riddled with regulations and roadblocks as it relates to real estate, it still remains and continues to become a budding industry. CREW Miami’s panel of experts will discuss the local cannabis industry overview, cannabis laws both on the federal and state level, potential barriers of entry for commercial real estate investors, business opportunities for landlords and various service providers, and much more.
