H. Daniel Vincent, president and CEO of Chapman Partnership, is honored with a proclamation presented by the Miami-Dade County Commission.

The Miami-Dade County mayor and commissioners recently recognized H. Daniel Vincent, president and CEO of Chapman Partnership, with a proclamation of Sept. 5, 2018, as “H. Daniel Vincent Day” in honor of his upcoming retirement and exemplary impact in the community.

Vincent has distinguished himself as president and CEO of Chapman Partnership since 2001, a position that he has taken pride in undertaking with the utmost professionalism.

With a vast résumé, Vincent’s experience with nonprofit charitable organizations has allowed him to bring nobility and compassion to the position. Under his leadership, Chapman Partnership has helped more than 24,000 homeless children receive the services they deserve.

Since 1995, Chapman Partnership has had more than 110,000 admissions including 24,000 children in Miami-Dade County and a 64 percent success rate of moving homeless men, women and families to self-sufficiency. Chapman Partnership operates two Homeless Assistance Centers with 800 beds located in Miami and Homestead.

The Chapman Partnership helps the homeless by providing a comprehensive support program that includes emergency housing, meals, health, dental and psychiatric care, day care, job training, job placement and assistance with securing stable housing. It empowers homeless men, women and children to build a positive future by providing the resources and assistance critical to growth and independence. Chapman Partnership is the private sector partner of the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust.
