  1. As our commissioner, Cindy Franz will be a breath of fresh air. Her business acumen, knowledge not only of South Miami, but all neighboring communities will help steer us back in the right direction with no hidden agenda. As a stakeholder in South Miami for many years she knows first hand what our challenges are, and will work to return our city to the City of Pleasant Living, not be “Re-branded” as a seated commissioner is on a mission to do. Vote for Cindy Franz and stop the marketing of South Miami, we are not for sale.

  2. My vote goes to Cindy Franz! She truly cares about the people of this city and our quality of life above all else.
She has the knowledge and expertise to support our downtown business district without going highrise. This fine and intelligent lady deserves a seat on our City Commission.
