Deering Seafood Festival, Chef’s Table cancelled, rescheduled for Spring 2021
Thousands crowd the lawn of the Deering Estate for a previous Seafood Festival.

As the community continues to deal with the uncertainty surrounding the spread of COVID-19, the Deering Estate Foundation has announced that the Deering Seafood Festival and the Chef’s Table on the Bay have been cancelled and rescheduled to take place in Spring 2021.

The Chef’s Table on the Bay will begin the weekend on Friday, Mar. 26, 2021, and the Deering Seafood Festival will take place on Sunday, Mar. 28, 2021. All proceeds benefit the Deering Estate Foundation, to raise awareness and support programming for community, conservation, and culture.

The award-winning Deering Seafood Festival is a family-friendly event, celebrating nature’s beauty and bounty, filled with plenty of fresh seafood, chef demos, live entertainment and activities for the kids.

The Chef’s Table on the Bay will make its debut in 2021 as a prelude to the Seafood Festival, featuring a three-course dining experience where chefs will demonstrate how to prepare the meal, which will then be paired with select wines and cocktails.
