FedEx Corp. employees, on Oct. 18, teamed up with His House Children’s Home, a private non-profit organization dedicated to restoring the lives of children from newborn to 18 years of age, for their FedEx Cares Fall Campaign.

This important effort involved FedEx team members from several FedEx companies. FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division, FedEx Ground, FedEx Office, and FedEx Freight worked together on this initiative.

FedEx team members from Monroe, Miami and Broward counties gathered to remodel and renovate one of the on-site cottages that houses children and staff. The project included landscaping upgrade, painting a mural at the school, as well as helping to assemble furniture for a new computer room and organizing a food pantry.

FedEx Cares is the company’s global giving platform through which FedEx will invest $200 million in more than 200 global communities by 2020 to create opportunities and deliver positive change around the world. Homegrown volunteers supplement and enrich these community investments.
