The Frost School’s Henry Mancini Institute’s Artistic Director Maria Schneider recently received two GRAMMY Awards for her latest album “Data Lords” for Best Large Jazz Ensemble and Best Instrumental Composition for “Sputnik” bringing her total Grammy Award count to seven.. She will be appearing with the Henry Mancini Institute Orchestra when they pay tribute to Argentinian composer and performer Astor Piazzolla on March 26th via livestream as part of the Frost Music Live Signature Series.
