“The introduction of The Underline paved the way to reimagine the capabilities of the US 1 corridor and, with this project, we have the ability to curate new, exciting experiences. The bookend buildings and community-oriented programming will offer unique opportunities not currently available in the area.”
The recent recipient of the Coral Gables Chamber’s City Beautiful Award in the category of projects under planning and development, Paseo de la Riviera is designed by Jorge Hernandez Architects and Gensler. With convenient access to public transportation through the pedestrian bridge across S. Dixie Highway. Paseo de la Riviera will reduce traffic impacts and allow residents and guests to experience a sense of “live, work, play” not seen outside of the Central Business District.
“In keeping with our tradition of marrying quality design with innovative programming, Paseo de la Riviera is uniquely positioned to become a cultural epicenter for Coral Gables,” Reynolds said. “The partnerships we’ve created with each tenant compliment the live, work, play concept that appears throughout the development, and we are very excited to create a community with best-in-class amenities and convenient access to everything Coral Gables has to offer.”
