The Rotary Club of Coral Gables has a great lineup of luncheon speakers and on Oct. 13 heard Jose A. “TJ” Villamil IV, senior vice president, International Trade and Development, Enterprise Florida Inc. during the club’s luncheon meeting at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables.
It may have been the first time that this club had father and son in their respective businesses address the group at different meetings in a short time span. TJ’s presentation was enjoyed by all as was his father’s, Tony Villamil, a nationally recognized economist, with over 35 years of successful careers as a business economist, university educator and high-level policymaker for both federal and state governments.
These two are just a sampling of the great speakers Rotarian and club past president Felix Pardo has been lining up for this year.
The club meets at the Hyatt every Thursday at noon. Lunch is $40 per person and visiting Rotarians are welcomed but asked to RSVP by sending email to rotarycoralgables@gmail.com.
