Victoria Rios, a Gulliver Prep student, is a district winner of the 2016 Congressional App Challenge for her innovative sign language app. Rios’ app, Simple Sign, is a straightforward and intuitive platform for learning sign language. When explaining her app, Vicki said that her younger sister, who is deaf, served as her inspiration behind the idea.
