After closely reviewing the latest COVID trends in Miami-Dade, and in consultation with our Chief Medical Officer Dr. Peter Paige, the use of masks is no longer required in Miami-Dade County buildings. Masks are still required at the Airport, Port, and on all public transportation per federal guidelines. We encourage all our residents to take the steps that we know work to prevent the spread: wear masks around large crowds and people you don’t know to be vaccinated. Per federal transportation guidelines masks are still required on Deering Estate Bay Cruises. For more information, please visit the Deering Estate website
