The Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Court will never intimidate or threaten individuals through any means of communication about Jury Duty, including threats of monetary penalties. If you are subjected to any threatening or harassing communication, please report these incidents to the Miami Dade County Clerk of the Court and your local law enforcement agency. Any communication you receive from our office is designed to guide potential jurors with reporting instructions and to provide information about the jury process.
