The Latin Builders Association (LBA) will host its biennial Builders & Business Expo on Friday, March 31 , at the Miami Airport Convention Center at 711 NW 72 nd Avenue. The 2023 LBA Expo, presented by Amerant Bank, will bring together hundreds of LBA member companies to showcase their services and products in a day-long event that will offer attendees the opportunity to visit the various exhibits and network with building and construction professionals from throughout South Florida.
This year’s LBA Expo theme will be ”The Future.” It will include several panel discussions, informative sessions, and fireside chats throughout the day in three corresponding stage areas within the Expo floor plan. Each presentation will examine the future of different aspects of the building industry and the effect each will have on our community and future generations. The Expo will culminate in the afternoon session, with the closing panel discussion titled ”Miami 2050,” exploring how Miami will look in 25 years and beyond.
Other sessions and chats will include a look into the future of urban mobility – from mobility as a service to flying cars to high-speed trains – to the future of construction management, exploring new tools and technologies which building professionals are using and will be using to create efficiencies in the industry. Each session will feature experts in their respective fields with input from several elected and appointed officials who are scheduled to participate.
