Golf enthusiasts of all skill levels turned out on Mar. 15 for Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s 54th annual Golf Classic in Memory of Charles “Bebe” Rebozo at the Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club in Coral Gables.

The socially distant tournament offered players the chance to play for fun or at a competitive level. Players enjoyed a day on the green to raise funds to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s many positive programs, including its after-school programs, homework assistance, mentoring, computer training, social skills, dance, arts and crafts and summer and athletic programs, for area youth who need them the most.

Prior to the competition, foursomes and sponsors enjoyed complimentary lunch and an open bar.

The daylong tournament concluded with an award ceremony and a raffle draw where guests enjoyed light bites and cocktails. Raffle prizes included hotel and vacation packages, golf memorabilia and more.

All golfers received a commemorative golf shirt, umbrella and golf balls plus complimentary parking, green fees, cart, and range balls.
