Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) continues to partner with the University of Miami Health System (UHealth) Pediatric Mobile Shotz-2-Go Unit to offer required immunizations at select locations throughout the District.

The UHealth Pediatric Shotz-2-Go Unit is providing the mandatory school-required vaccines for the 2023-24 school year and for any student that is missing a school-age vaccine. The unit also offers flu and COVID-19 vaccines to eligible students.

To be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine, children MUST be at least six months old on the day they are receiving it. Parents must also have a completed COVID-19 vaccine screening and consent form, which will be available at the sites. Walk-ups are welcome and subject to availability.

Attached are fliers in English, Spanish and Haitian-Creole listing the locations, dates, and times throughout March that are available to the community. Students attending the school where the unit is parked will receive priority.

Parents are encouraged to scan the QR code in the attached flier to access and fill out the consent forms online prior to visiting the mobile clinic. For students new to Florida, please bring vaccine records.
