Miami-Dade County Public Schools District 1 School Board Member, Dr. Steve Gallon III is hosting a local business fair in partnership with the Office of Education and Economic Access Thursday, January 23, 2024, 6:00 p.m. at Miami Norland Senior High School, 1193 NW 193rd Street, Miami, Florida 33169. This dynamic business fair is designed to empower the local business community by connecting entrepreneurs, small business owners, and startups with resources, partnerships, and local agencies that foster economic growth.
Attendees will have the chance to explore a diverse array of district departments (Athletics and Activities, Architectural and Engineering, Construction, Education and Economic Access, Education and Professional Services, Food and Nutrition, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, Information Technology and Systems, Instructional Technology Services, Maintenance, Procurement, and Transportation) through showcasing opportunities, networking with industry leaders, and attending an opening session that focuses on business development and innovation. The event also features keynote speakers and panel discussions highlighting success stories and insights into thriving in today’s competitive market.
