The Senior Family Center located in the City of Miami Gardens is now an award-winning facility. In October 201, Link Construction Group won the 1st place Eagle Excellence in Construction Award in the ‘Government/Local Municipality $10 – $15 Million’ category from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Florida East Coast Chapter, Inc.
Link Construction Group, the contractors of the Senior Family Center, received the award in recognition of their meticulous attention to safety, complex scope, unparalleled quality, exceptional innovation, environmental sensitivity, and commitment to the Merit Shop. The Senior Family Center is regarded as the ‘best of the best’ in its category.
The Senior Family Center is an impressive 38,000 square foot property located on the corner of 183rd Street and NW 12th Avenue in Miami Gardens. It features several multi-use rooms and spacious meeting halls; a fitness center; a beautiful walking trail that surrounds a community botanical garden; an outdoor covered patio; outdoor kitchen; public pavilions; and a video surveillance system with cameras monitored from the Real-Time Crime Center.
