Aviation Machinist’s Mate Airman Brandon Luna, from Miami, breaks down chains for an F/A-18E Super Hornet, attached to the “Gunslingers” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 105, aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69), in the Atlantic Ocean, on Feb. 28. Ike is on a routine deployment supporting U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa increasing theater cooperation and forward naval presence in the U.S. Sixth Fleet area of operations.
