Join the Miami short Film Festival on Friday, Nov. 12, at the Deering Estate for the opening night gala to start the 20th edition of the MIAMIsFF. For its 20th anniversary, Miami short Film Festival will host three days of live festival screenings at various locations, featuring over 55 short films from around the globe.
At the opening night program on Nov. 12 at the Deering Estate, guests can enjoy a cocktail reception with live music, red carpet and more before taking their seats in the historic courtyard to watch the opening night program, “Strong Hearted or Strong Minded.”
Tickets are $25 and $20 for students, seniors and military. Tickets can be purchased online at deeringestate.org. The gate opens at 6:30 p.m., cocktail reception and red carpet at 7 p.m. and the screening begins at 8 p.m.
Note that this outdoor screening is a seated event. Do not bring blankets, chairs or picnic baskets.
