The long-awaited demolition of the old Parkway building in the City of Miami Gardens has been completed. For years, the building was a concern for the community due to its deteriorating condition and was a source of blight and illicit activities. Now, under the new ownership of the Haimov Group, the demolition of the building by the BG Group was a significant step towards improving safety within the community. The removal of the building contributes to the beautification of the neighborhood and enhances the overall quality of life for the City’s residents.
In addition to the positive impact on community safety, demolishing the old building is expected to stimulate economic development in the area and create new opportunities for redevelopment and investment in the City.
