North Shore Medical Center Donates Toys to the Miami Vets Center

North Shore Medical Center donated toys to the Miami Vets Center for this holiday season. The toys will be distributed among seventy three children.

In addition, the medical staff bought Publix cards to help families in need. The Miami Vet Center is a non-profit that assists families of wounded soldiers. “Giving these toys to much needed families this holiday season was one of the things we wanted to do in order to support those in our community,” said Mark Racicot, Chief Executive Officer of North Shore Medical Center.

“The donation of these toys is going to make area children happy, and that is what the holidays are all about.”
