    The next big cultural wave is landing in Wynwood. Zion, iconic singer and one-half of the legendary reggaeton duo Zion and Lennox, is stepping boldly into the culinary scene.

    In a groundbreaking collaboration, he partners with innovative twins Daniel and JC Rosario to launch Casa Crudos Wynwood, located at 2445 N. Miami Ave., a vibrant fast-casual Japanese-Latin fusion restaurant opening its doors in May.

    At Casa Crudos, tradition is reinvented. The menu pays homage to the refined techniques of Japanese cuisine — with raw dishes, tiraditos, sushi rolls, and ceviches — masterfully fused with the bold, intense flavors of Latin America. It’s a true culinary journey connecting Tokyo and the Caribbean in every bite, blending umami with sazón.

    “I’ve always believed culture isn’t just sung — it’s tasted. Casa Crudos is our way of pouring our heritage and creativity into every dish,” Zion said. “We want people to experience an unforgettable explosion of flavor.

    “This project is about legacy,” he added. “We’ve made our mark in music, and now we want to channel that same energy into hospitality — something fresh, personal, and deeply connected to our culture. Food has always been a bridge between memories, music, and roots. Casa Crudos is an extension of all that.”

    The Rosario brothers, known for their visionary approach in blending food, design, and urban life, are the creative minds behind this innovative concept. They’ve collaborated with Zion for many years and have worked closely with Zion and Lennox.

    “Miami is a melting pot of cultures and flavors, and Casa Crudos is our tribute to that energy. We aim to redefine the fast-casual experience, fusing high-quality cuisine with a unique atmosphere,” Daniel Rosario said. “Casa Crudos isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a movement.

    “We’re creating a space that reflects the soul of Miami — diverse, vibrant, and fearless in its innovation. Having Zion as a partner takes everything to another level. His creative vision and cultural influence are essential to what we’re building,” he added.

    Joining this powerhouse hospitality team led by the Rosario brothers and Zion is Lincoln Palomeque, renowned Colombian actor who has also made a name for himself as an entrepreneur and investor in the hospitality industry. His experience and vision bring invaluable depth to the project, further strengthening Casa Crudos’ holistic approach.

    “I’ve always sought projects that inspire, connect, and represent more than just business.

    Casa Crudos is exactly that — a soulful concept that brings together cultures, flavors, and people. It’s an honor to join such a passionate and visionary team,” Palomeque said.

    “Lincoln understands how to emotionally connect with people — not only on screen but through real-life experiences like this,” JC Rosario added.

    Casa Crudos Wynwood will be more than a restaurant. It will be a cultural hub for lovers of great food, urban art, and vibrant culture. The space will feature minimalist Japanese-inspired design blended with tropical textures and contemporary murals that pay homage to Wynwood’s artistic spirit.

    Located at 2445 N. Miami Ave., Casa Crudos will showcase an open-concept layout combining Japanese minimalism with the Caribbean’s tropical warmth: clean lines, organic materials, ambient lighting, and urban artwork that honors the bold, colorful spirit of Wynwood.

    Key highlights include:
    • An exclusive raw bar with fresh ingredients and artisanal presentation;
    • Creative cocktail bar featuring sake and Latin flavors;
    • Live music ambiance with local and international deejays, and
    • Cultural collaborations with urban artists and emerging designers.

    “Casa Crudos isn’t just about food; it’s a space where culture is felt, heard, and tasted. We’re creating a vibe that pulls you in from the moment you walk in,” JC Rosario said.
    With this project, Zion, the Rosario brothers, and Lincoln Palomeque solidify their vision of celebrating diversity, innovation, and cultural legacy in a bold, fresh way.
