Friends of The Fair invite the community to an unforgettable evening of culinary excellence and cool sophistication at Frost & Flavor: A Wine & Dine Experience on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition, located at 10901 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33165.
Set against a fabulous ice-inspired ambiance, Frost & Flavor promises guests an elevated night out featuring exquisite wines, gourmet food stations, and a mesmerizing live ice skating performance. This exclusive event blends elegance and entertainment, offering attendees a unique sensory experience in celebration of The Fair, which also serves as the official kickoff to the annual event.
With an attire theme of “Chic & Chill,” attendees are encouraged to dress in stylish, cool-toned ensembles that reflect the event’s frosted flair.
Proceeds from Frost & Flavor benefit the ongoing mission of the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition, Inc., a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching the community by promoting education and South Florida agriculture, while showcasing and rewarding youth achievement through its world-class annual Youth Fair and year-round events. The 2026 Miami-Dade Youth Fair & Exposition will provide 21 days of all-new surprises as well as amusement rides, one-of-a-kind delicious food, free live outdoor entertainment, thrilling rides, agricultural and academic exhibits and much more.
