Riley SImon- Valedictorian
Riley joined Riviera in ninth grade. She has earned stellar grades in Riviera’s most rigorous courses. During her time at Riviera, she has also emerged as a leader in various clubs and organizations on campus, including HIP, Best Buddies, Operation Smile, and Key Club. She is an active member in many honor societies, is an AP Scholar, a Silver Knight Award nominee for General Scholarship, and the editor of Riviera’s yearbook. Riley also dedicates countless volunteer hours to organizations in the community. She will be attending the University of Miami in the fall.
Carlos Gamboa- Salutatorian
Carlos joined Riviera in first grade. He has maintained strong grades in Riviera’s most rigorous courses. His love for culture and social studies drew him to participate in a semester abroad at the Alexander Muss High School in Israel. He has since represented Riviera as an ambassador for the program and has participated in numerous volunteer opportunities throughout our community. He is a member of Model United Nations, Geography Bee Team, and Debate Club, to name a few. He is the president of National Honor Society and has leadership roles in various other honor societies. He will be attending Johns Hopkins in the fall.
