Suffolk celebrates ‘topping off’ of Sanctuary at Doral
Sanctuary at Doral will be a 226-unit apartment complex featuring a two-story clubhouse, a soccer field, a dog park and splash pads, and a bike path.

Suffolk, one of the largest building contractors in Florida, recently commemorated the topping off of Sanctuary at Doral during a ceremony. The July 26 celebration was attended by more than 250 guests.

Sanctuary at Doral will be a 226-unit apartment complex with two, five-story parking garages and two stand-alone buildings with 26,100 sq-ft of retail and grade parking. The project, which is situated on 7.8 acres, will also feature a two-story clubhouse with outdoor amenities including a soccer field, a dog park and splash pads, and a bike path.

Suffolk was selected as a construction partner by Shoma Group, a leading real estate development company with over 30 years of experience in the South Florida market.

“Embracing Suffolk’s ‘Build Smart’ methodology and collaborating closely with Shoma Group and MSA Architects has allowed us to reach the topping-off of the Sanctuary at Doral six weeks ahead of schedule.”

In addition to Sanctuary at Doral, Suffolk is managing several other prestigious construction projects in South Florida including 2000 Ocean, Inspired Living at Royal Palm Beach, The Bristol, Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, Ritz-Carlton Residences, and the expansion at Sebastian River Medical Center.
