The Calta Group, a luxury residential developer/builder, and Sensi Casa Design, an award-winning interior design and home staging boutique firm, partner to launch Cento Homes, the top developer/builder of fully furnished luxury homes in the market. The Cento Homes joint venture has more than $30 million in single-family projects. The launch comes as
Miami-Dade County records the second highest residential sales year in the last two decades. Cento, meaning 100 in Italian, is committed to the highest building and design standards in the industry, with each home 100 percent move-in-ready at the time of delivery. The name Cento also refers to the Italian legacy of The Calta Group founders, Ignazio and Gaetano Caltagirone, who are the next generation of an Italian real estate dynasty.

The collaboration was born out of mutual admiration, after Sensi Casa Design Founder Chiara Sensi Contugi (also of Italian heritage) and her partner Diego Guarderas, invested in a beautiful 6-bedroom, 7,166-square- foot home Calta Home in South Miami. The Sensi Casa Design team designed and furnished the interiors and are now selling the home as the first Cento Home.

The joint venture was formed at a point of great opportunity as demand for turnkey luxury homes and single- family home rentals continue to rise. According to Bloomberg, more than a third of U.S. rentals are now single-family homes.

“The Calta Group’s commitment to excellence and our team’s focus on the highest degree of integrity and accountability has become our calling card with our clients and the community overall,” said Ignazio Caltagirone, co-founder and CEO of The Calta Group. “We are fortunate to have collaborated with another business that embodies the same principles, delivering the highest quality service to our customers.”

Sensi Casa Design Principal Diego Guarderas said both companies are tapping into a huge demand for high quality real estate. According to Guarderas, “wealthy buyers continue to come to Miami and they see real estate as an investment. They are looking for unique designs and sophisticated fixtures that make these homes entirely unique and premium.”
